My wife is using it and finds it helps. I've noticed both items I bought from Bioskin were medium size according to your size chart but both had to be returned for the Large size. I think your Medium is smaller than you indicate.

Q Baby Patella Tendon Strap is extremely comfortable, as well as supportive. It does not slip and thus far has not stretched out. I am very petite and the size 2 works great. I have several bulky braces that I never wear because of their size and lack of comfort but I have a Q Baby strap for both legs and wear them daily when working out.

love the small size but takes a bit getting used to the feel of it on my posterior leg. Great customer service. Will keep wearing it!

It seems to be working well for my daughter's acute patellar tendonitis! She likes it and has been wearing it a lot for running and soccer.
