Procedure of use
All our products are for single patient use only, to ensure quality of the product, correct fitting and to help combat contamination of infectious diseases. All warranties are void if the product is re-used on a second patient.
We aim to deliver your items to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to despatch your items the same day, but please allow 3 working days to receive your order. Your delivery will be made by either Royal Mail or Courier dependant on your choice of delivery method. If you would like to know the status of your order please contact our Customer Service Team by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01254 268788 and they will be happy to help.
If for any reason you wish to return your goods you can do so, providing thegoods are in the same condition as when you receive them, and this is done within 28 days of purchase. A full refund will be provided however, we cannot refund the cost of carriage on delivery or the cost of returning the item to us.
